The Dietary Aide works under the direction of the Dietary Director and performs a variety of dietary tasks uncluding stocking food items, food prep, and storage of unused unpackaged items, preparing, cooking, and serving therapeutic meals, assisting in portion control, reporting on resident food and beverage consumption, and cleaning/sanitizing the kitchen, dining areas, and utility areas.
