Summary of Position:Allstate is recruiting an experienced Dozer Operator to support site development operations in central Florida.

Essential Job Functions:
- Drives a bulldozer at construction sites or during other types of industrial operations
- Duties include but are not limited to, moving soil, rocks, and debris and leveling the ground
- Control the tractor and also operate the shovel or blade on the front of the vehicle
- Assists in other areas of department or other departments as required
- Presents a professional and helpful appearance
- Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation
- Team-oriented and possess a commitment to excellence
- Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize urgent tasks appropriately
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
