Working in a home setting, the environment offers the manager the ability to showcase their organizational skills as well as their ability to ensure a strong team is being cultivated. The manager will maintain a professsional attitude and be an example for other staff.

Managerial duties include (but are not limited to):

• Must have experience building & managing a team
• Train new employees
• Schedul and coordinating shift coverage
• Monitor the logs to ensure they are accurately filled out & kept up to date
• Perform monthly staff meetings & trainings
• Encourage and assist staff
• Attend member doctor appointments

Shift responsibilities:

• Remind members to perform daily cares
• Meal prep & light household cleaning
• Assist with personal cares, if needed
• Help members experience everything our wonderful community has to offer. Our members love to get out and do activities so if you don't want to be stuck inside for an 8hr shift, this will be perfect employment opportunity for you .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,500.00 per year
