Responsibilities:
The AIT program provides training to candidates to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Candidates are prepared to manage a long-term care facility; working side by side with employees in a long-term care setting, they will learn the ins and outs of each department, and receive mentorship from experienced leaders in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Must be able to travel occasionally, including overnight stays.
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and government regulators and, to work cooperatively with other associates at all levels.
- Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, and reference inquiry.
