Sandstone North Park is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our social services team. The duty of the Resident Advocate/Social Services Assistant is to identify and provide for each resident’s social, emotional, and psychological needs, and the continuing development of the resident’s full potential during his/her stay at the facility and to assist in the development of his/her plan of care and coordinating for his/her discharge.
