Sandstone Healthcare Group is Hiring a Healthcare Regional Director of Operations (RDO) Near Salt Lake, UT

*Must have SNF/Regional Experience and relocate to Salt Lake City, UT. This is NOT remote.*

As Regional Director of Operations for our skilled nursing facilities in Utah, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering quality care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial performance of the facilities and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with a network of skilled nursing professionals across the country, and leverage the collective knowledge and experience of the Sandstone Healthcare Group team to drive innovation and excellence in our industry.
  • Oversee the regional/multi-site operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
  • Grow your own career by taking on new challenges and opportunities within our organization and building a network of mentors and colleagues who share your passion for healthcare operations management.

We are seeking a highly experienced candidate who meets the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration in SNF/LTC
  • At least 2 years of regional experience in managing multiple skilled nursing facilities
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
  • Proven track record of improving the financial and operational performance of skilled nursing facilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
