Sandstone Healthcare Group is Hiring a Clinical Liaison Near Tucson, AZ

Looking for a rewarding job that prioritizes patient satisfaction and safety? Sandstone Healthcare Group is seeking a motivated, passionate, and experienced Hospital Liaison to join our team. As a Liaison, you will:

  • Gather information to determine the level of care needed for potential residents
  • Assist with the admission process by completing pre-admission and admission inquiry forms accurately
  • Interact with discharge planners in an efficient manner to determine if the facility can care for the resident adequately
  • Keep accurate records of residents' information and maintain their confidentiality
  • Participate in marketing the facility and maintaining an acceptable census level

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others to solve problems. You should also have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or a similar setting
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and human relation skills
  • Have excellent sales/marketing, communication, time management & organizational skills
