Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Dock Hands to join our team. This position requires flexibility, as you must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends. Shifts will be assigned based on operational needs, and you must be able to work either the morning shift (6:00 AM - 1:00 PM) or the afternoon shift (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

- Tie boats securely to docks.

- Ring in fuel for vessels accurately and efficiently.

- Perform routine inspections of dock equipment and report any issues.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in loading and unloading boats and vessels.

- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Requirements:

- No experience necessary, but eagerness to learn is a must.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends.

- Ability to work either the morning or afternoon shift as needed.
