Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for sales and customer service.

 Duties:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team

- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving any customer issues or inquiries

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

- Assist in the development of sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with clients

 Requirements:

- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

- Ability to analyze data and generate reports

- Knowledge of outside sales techniques and business development strategies

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Technical sales experience is a plus

- Strong customer service orientation
