Sandberg Phoenix is recruiting for a Benefits/HRIS/Employee Resources Manager to join our HR Department. Sandberg Phoenix is a team of 170 attorneys with 300 employees practicing in Missouri, Illinois and Florida. This position champions the firm’s benefits and wellness initiatives, administers benefits and rewards programs, provides employee resources and engages in employee feedback and engagement initiatives through managing the firm’s HRIS systems. This position reports to the Chief Human Resources & Operations Strategist.
