Growing property management firm is seeking Lead Maintenances to assist in the daily operation of our properties in Mesquite, TX

Responsibilities of a Lead Maintenance

• Oversee all residential and commercial facilities in the assigned area.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, tenants, and employees.
• Responsible for daily housekeeping duties such as painting, cleaning, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning windows.
• Ensure that the facility is kept fully stocked with supplies.
• Ensure that the building is maintained in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
• Ensure that all required documents are completed and that the proper permits are obtained.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

• 2 years in Multifamily property management, proven track record of success.
• Ability to work Saturdays & on call, required.
• Valid driver’s license, required.
• Takeover experience, strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test

COMPENSATION:

• $30-$32/Hr. depending on role and past experience.
• Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities
