Sanchez & Brown P.A. is seeking a full time Bilingual Receptionist to work Monday – Friday onsite. This position handles a variety of financial, organizational, and administrative tasks. At Sanchez & Brown, our personal injury attorneys and staff are dedicated to giving our clients the attention they deserve and the legal expertise they require.
Responsibilities:
Customer interactions, such as answering the phone, answering questions, and greeting clients.
Organizing and scheduling appointments.
Receiving payment methods and reconciling at the end of each day.
Managing insurance forms, billing, faxing, and customer insurance information.
Managing billing, faxing, and sending information as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
Experience in administrative work preferred.
Knowledge of handling credit card transactions.
Knowledge of basic office administrative activities such as ordering products, invoicing, scheduling, etc.
Knowledge of all office operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other programs is required.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
