You manage activities involved in the production of goods and services. This includes managing the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy. You are always looking at the big picture, even as you examine the details.
In addition to keeping our business running smoothly, you also ensure that our customers are happy! You answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and process invoices.
