Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Clinical Director who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

As a Clinical Director you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of the people served. You will assist with the management of all clinical staff and will facilitate care that is evidence based and accounts for member needs and preferences. You will align all practices with the mission, vision, and ethical codes of conduct as established by the organization. You will also be responsible for performing a wide variety of member care activities as directed by your supervisor and may be responsible for a partial caseload, when determined necessary. You will assist with providing supervision to therapists and other staff members as well as overseeing clinical services provided by the organization and addressing and investigating any clinical issues that occur. Your overarching goal, with all of the above activities, is to ensure our members receive timely, quality care while remaining actively engaged in the services they need.

We would love to learn more about you if you are:

Experienced working with the substance use and mental health populations (2 years or more)

A mental health professional licensed in the state of Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
