Summary

This position reports to Director of Laboratory Services. Must be able to supervise the technical activities of the Clinical Laboratory. Ability to exercise independent judgment. Assumes responsibility for maintaining mandated files. Reviews Quality Control, Preventive Maintenance and procedure manuals on a documented schedule.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in biological science or related field

Minimum Experience/Skills:
Must have three (3) to five (5) years recent experience in a clinical laboratory. Clinical Laboratory supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License
