Job Title: On-Site Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate On-Site Psychologist to join our team. As an On-Site Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing mental health support to our employees and their families. You will work collaboratively with our various teams to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site psychological evaluations and various types of therapy
• Function independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in evaluating individuals and families and assessing their need for services
• Establish diagnostic impressions
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Complete testing for clients
• Offer crisis intervention services
• Complete record keeping and reports in a timely manner
• Utilize technology for record keeping and report writing
• Meet performance standards
• Provide training and education on mental health topics
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all counseling sessions

Requirements: On-Site Psychologist

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology - preference given to those with PhD.

• Active state license to practice as a Psychologist
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a counseling or therapy role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other technology
