Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in proper working condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance and equipment repair, as well as strong mechanical knowledge.
Duties:
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and vacuuming pools
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure proper chemical levels
- Inspect and repair pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pool systems and equipment
- Perform regular inspections of pool areas for any safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their questions and concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools effectively
- Familiarity with hand tools used for pool equipment repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues with pool systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in uncomfortable positions.
