The University Library User Solutions Analyst and Project Coordinator works respectfully and cooperatively with employees in the King Library, providing leadership, and planning for effective departmental operations and services.
The User Solutions Support Analyst and Project Coordinator performs a wide variety of complex administrative duties in direct support of the User Solutions unit that includes the acquisition of library resources, inventory management, project coordination and management, student assistant supervision, and other administrative functions that support emerging services and spaces, as needed.
The User Solutions Analyst and Project Coordinator meets as appropriate with department/unit heads, library administrators, and campus personnel, ensuring that all current and proposed programs and initiatives support library, and campus goals. Additionally, this position is responsible for working with SJSU IT in regards to system development and integration at King Library to align with SJSU technology
