The impact you will have: As an instructional leader you will support our transitional kindergarten students in developing their academic, language, and social skills. Who you are: A dedicated, collaborative professional with strong communication skills who can develop successful relationships with students, staff, and our community.

What you need to be qualified?

A multiple subject diploma and completion of any one of the following:

• 24 units in ECE / child development or equivalent professional experience, or a child development permit issued by the CTC or
• A minimum of at least 6 units in ECE or
• A minimum of one year as a teacher assistant or a para educator

Please note that you will be required to complete your 24 ECE units within a two years of your start date, if not completed before your start date.

• Resume and letter of introduction outlining your desire and qualifications for this position
• Two (2) letters of reference from prior supervisors
• Transcripts of your undergraduate degree, and graduate degrees if applicable. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for application purposes only.
• Test results: please attach CSET results and evidence of meeting the Basic Skills Requirement, such as CBEST, PRAXIS, SAT or ACT results
