Summary: Are you an accomplished professional in your field who wants to give back to your community? Joining the faculty at SJVC is a great way to make a real impact on the next generation. Faculty members are primarily responsible for the teaching and learning process in the classroom and/or clinical sites. Faculty members facilitate and ensure student learning and mastery of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes as defined in the curriculum and course syllabi. Faculty are supported and supervised by the Academic Dean, Program Director and/or Division Manager.

What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $50-$55 per hour. Our benefits program for part-time colleagues (working at least 20 hours per week) includes paid vacation and state-compliant sick leave. We offer a 401k profit-sharing plan with a discretionary match and tuition assistance to employees beginning your first day of employment.

Do you qualify? Yes, if you have experience in your field! Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field and meet the below qualifications:

• BSN or higher from an accredited college
• 1 year of more of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse within the past 5 years
• Active CA RN License in good standing

Schedule: Days, times and hours vary. Weekends may be included.
