Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Administrator. As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. This is a key role in our organization, as accurate billing is essential for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring timely payment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of invoices.

• Ensure that invoices are appropriately approved, coded and billed.

• Prepare and enter invoices to online platform - QuickBooks online

• Identify and address problems relative to invoice transactions in a timely and constructive manner.

• Review aging receivables and assist in the collection of outstanding invoices.

• Assist in monthly closing process and verify that all invoices are complete and have been submitted

• Actively participate in establishing processes and procedures.

• Experience in QuickBooks online required.
