San Diego Wave FC is Hiring a Marketing Associate Near San Diego, CA
- Collaborate in the development, proofing, and execution of all email communications and automation using Marketing Cloud.
- Coordinate with graphic design team and external partners to acquire necessary creative assets.
- Support email communications for marketing automations, ticket promotions and events, ensuring clarity on details like Know Before You Go, Ticketing Offers, and Surveys.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performances, facilitating optimization for future efforts.
- Monitor and track digital advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient operation.
- Execute marketing agreements and maintain relationships with media partners.
- Assist in researching and strategizing media plans, identifying opportunities to effectively reach target audiences.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to oversee advertising efforts across various channels including TV, radio, and out-of-home marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms.
- Continuously update knowledge on digital marketing trends and tools to stay ahead in the field.
- Adapt quickly as business needs evolve.
- Associate will be working around 20 hours weekly, depending on schedule – both in office during the week, plus a minimum 80% of the club’s matches, including those on weekends and select holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Marketing Cloud or relevant email marketing or marketing automation preferred
- Knowledge of soccer (including NWSL) is preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Exceptional reliability and organizational skills required
- A passion or desire to learn more about digital marketing
- Exceptional at building relationships both internally and externally.
- Professional, positive, and proactive.
- Passion for the success of Women’s Professional Sports.
