SUMMARY

Responsible for leadership and oversight of regional wraparound services to ensure that all services are effective and adhere to wraparound, trauma informed care, and Children’s System of Care principles; Partners with CWFB, Probation, group home providers, and other local community agencies; Directly supervises Parent Partners, Skills Trainers, and Youth Partners, and may have administrative oversight of Intensive Care Coordinators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct supervision and/or administrative oversight of Intensive Care Coordinators, Parent Partner, Skills Trainers, and Youth Partners, including hiring, evaluation, performance management, on-going training, and support of wraparound fidelity initiative
• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to all employees you supervise, including monthly breakout supervisions with partners
• Be available to staff in case of crisis 24 hours a day;utilize Regional Managers or Directors toelevate clinically acute situations where consultation is required
• Assignment and monitoring of cases based on staff caseloads and the cultural and linguistic needs of clients
• Actively develop partnerships with CWS and Probation liaisons, local community agencies and resources
• Assist in maintaining quality assurance of the medical records through oversight of progress notes and providing 1-on-1 training/coaching with staff who need additional support
• Help maintain real-time database of open/pending/closed cases, and review reports in Cerner to assess staff performance/productivity/timeliness of service entry
• Assist in assessing, monitoring, and improving fidelity to wraparound principles and process
• Oversight of region’s petty cash bank and flex funds binder
• Facilitate open communication between multi-disciplinary direct services staff, administrative personnel within the program, and within the organization as a whole
• Fulfill training requirements including Cerner, cultural competency, HIPAA, and all applicable EBP training

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises and/or provides administrative oversight to Intensive Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, Skills Trainers, and Youth Partners.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Leadership experience in a wraparound program
• Proficient in Cerner (online medical records system)
• Licensed-eligible clinician registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or have Peer Support Specialist Certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in clinical supervision, training, management, and leadership
• Bilingual Spanish
