As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in various healthcare settings. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your role will include administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing education and emotional support to patients and their families. 

The Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient's condition and needs 
• Administer medications and treatments, including injections and IV therapy 
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures 
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans 
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families 
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
