In line with our mission, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians.

Position Highlights:
Are you ready to make a difference? As a Behavioral Therapist/RBT, you'll be at the forefront of providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our incredible clients diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities. Your mission? To bring passion, creativity, and a sprinkle of fun into every session!

What You'll Do:

  • Dive into the world of ABA therapy, implementing programs under the guidance of our BCBA Case Supervisors.
  • Embark on one-on-one instruction sessions with our amazing clients, using the latest ABA techniques.
  • Get hands-on with data collection, ensuring our records are accurate and our progress is tracked effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with families, serving as a beacon of support and guidance.
  • Dive into data analysis and behavior planning with our supportive team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bring your passion! While experience and education in psychology, social work, or behavioral health are preferred, what we really value is your enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Don't have your RBT Certification yet? No problem! We'll help you obtain and maintain it.
  • Your superpower? Amazing interpersonal skills! Build lasting relationships with our clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Juggling multiple tasks? No sweat! We're looking for organizational wizards who can handle anything that comes their way.
  • Physical capability to work with small children, including sitting, standing, running, and climbing stairs.
  • Access to reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations, including clients' homes, schools, or other job sites.
