Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of various drink recipes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet customers and take their drink orders in a friendly and efficient manner - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses - Engage with customers, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences - Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and using POS systems such as Aloha POS - Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service - Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of drink recipes, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in cash handling procedures, including making change accurately - Familiarity with retail math for calculating drink prices, discounts, and tips - Basic understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
