Who we are

San Clemente Veterinary Hospital is seeking a part-time animal care attendant to cover three 10-hour shifts per week. The days included are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with some 2-hour holiday shifts. Shift times are 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 

Our animal care attendant should be ready to:

• Feed and walk the animals in our care
• Perform general cleaning duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and mopping
• Assist the medical staff and advance your veterinary skills

Qualifications include:

• A love of animals.
• A good attitude and can contribute to a positive work environment.
• Safe and effective patient restraint
• Can stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can lift, pull, and push at least 50 pounds.
• A high standard of cleanliness.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
