San Bernardino Community College District is Hiring a Federal Work Study - Health Science Near San Bernardino, CA
Salary: Location: Job Type: Department: Job Number: Closing: Job Description Assist the Health Science staff and faculty with clerical office tasks. Student worker will assist in providing program related general support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students during class/lab activities. Must have the ability to work with a diverse student population. Assist with:
Filing
Answering phones and routing phone calls
Mailings
Typing
Copying
Distribution of information packets, etc.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Student must have in possession of a Federal Work Study award letter for the 2022/2023 academic year
Student cannot fall below half-time (6 units) during their employment under the FWS program.
Students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Student must pass Live Scan
Student must have a current TB
Ability to follow directions in order to carry out the duties as assigned
Familiarity with various office equipment/tools used in the program and/or have completed some courses in the specific program or related fields.
