DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Verify attendance, hours worked, and post information onto designated records.
• Distribute checks to employees.
• Coordinate complaints or questions regarding discrepancies to Administrator.
• Close out semi monthly pay periods.
• Manage Time keeping data daily for errors, miss punches and other discrepancies.
• Manage and maintain employee punch detail report and compare with work schedule
• Distribute time cards to all employees semi monthly
• Ensure time cards have proper signatures upon submission.
• Maintain confidentiality of records, contacts, and information.
• Attends job-related training and remains current on HR policies & procedure
• Filing and other duties as assigned.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus
• Strong personal organization and time management ability with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of Time Keeping best practices.
• Strong work ethic and team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
• Ability to understand and follow applicable regulations, policies and procedures fully and consistently.
• Must have strong detail orientation and high accuracy level.
