America's Incredible Pizza Company (AIPC) is a family entertainment concept that merges 1950's décor and family values with excellent food and family entertainment. We feature an Incredible all you can eat buffet with over 100 food items, a game room full of entertainment such as go karts, mini-golf, laser tag, roller coaster, bumper cars, arcades, and meeting space with audio video equipment-all under one roof!
We were named Top Entertainment Center of the World awarded by the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA) in 2004 & 2008.
Position Description
The General Manager at America’s Incredible Pizza Company has the critical responsibility to oversee the entire leadership staff and all team members in all aspects of the facility. This individual must practice the servant leader management style by setting the example and by treating all employees and fellow leaders with respect and support, maintaining a neat and safely run facility.
Position Requirements and Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 55 hours per week. Weekends and evenings are required. Compensation is based upon experience and we offer a net profits bonus program paid each month.
