Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Door Knocker. As a Door Knocker, you will pass out flyers for a security company. Commision paid for each sold alarm system. $350 per sale.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing.
- Engage with residents in a professional and persuasive manner to communicate our products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns raised by residents
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and targets
Requirements:
- Experience selling home and commercial alarm systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (bilingual candidates preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or fundraising is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting purposes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.45 - $22.22 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
