Candidate must be culturally authentic to the country of Mexico and be able to communicate and explain Mexican history, customs, traditions and culture to guests based on first hand, personal experience.
The primary responsibility of a Server is to lead restaurant guests through the dining experience. In order to be successful, a Server must have a high degree of knowledge of all food and beverage items being served, be able to speak confidently and politely to all guests, be able to read and provide for the wants and needs of each individual guest, and be able to prioritize tasks in order to work in an efficient and organized manner.
