Position Overview:
- As Director of Nursing, you will have responsibility for the delivery and execution of our clinical program offerings and ensure our clinical staff have the knowledge and skill set to deliver excellent resident care.
- You will oversee the professional development of our staff through our orientation and mentor programs.
- You will ensure we are operating according to established clinical practices and understand how our processes can help support and drive better health across all our services and programs.
- $85k - $98k annually
- Performance bonuses: Up to 20% Paid Out Quarterly!
