We are a global industry-leading pharmaceutical company. We are looking for someone with managerial experience to join our team as a Training Supervisor in our Plasma Donation Center in Great Falls, MT.
You will be responsible for the general supervision of the center area training program, able to perform all technical tasks required within the work areas, and provide assistance to management to achieve business goals.
We are looking for candidates who are Phlebotomists who have management and/or supervisor experience.
We want someone that is experienced with leading people, enthusiastic, and ready for a new challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties associated with Training.
- Coordinates and performs new employee orientation.
- Effectively manages the production area (donor floor/customer service).
- Maintain certifications.
