Are you an experienced RN with a passion for clinical management in the field of Medicare Home Health? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Full-Time RN Clinical Manager in beautiful Stuart, FL.
Responsibilities:
As the RN Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all clinical aspects of our Medicare Home Health services. Your expertise and leadership will ensure the highest level of patient care and compliance with all relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of skilled nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care services.
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive care plans.
- Conducting patient assessments and reassessments to ensure proper care planning and implementation.
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
Requirements:To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Medicare Home Health Clinical Management experience.
