Your Role: As a Client Services Coordinator at Samuel, Sayward & Baler ("SS&B"), you'll serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are promptly and professionally addressed. From scheduling appointments to providing crucial administrative support, your role is pivotal in upholding our high standards of compassionate and expert legal services. We seek someone who excels in navigating a fast-paced, detail-oriented office environment while demonstrating empathy and understanding towards each client's unique situation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, primarily for scheduling purposes.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure ongoing communication and satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys, paralegal staff, and the Office Administrator as needed.
  • Support the receptionist in managing phone calls and client greetings.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence and document management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, required; higher education welcome.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years scheduling for multiple supervisors/attorneys. Law firm and Estate planning experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat or Foxit. Experience with Clio is a plus.

  • Proficient in office equipment and technology, including multi-line phone systems.

  • Familiarity with legal terminology is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and patience in dealing with various personalities.
  • Dependable and reliable work ethic.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • $42,000 – 48,000, depending on experience
  • 401(k) with matching
