POSITION SUMMARY

This position contributes to Samuel Engineering, Inc.’s (SE’s) business development, marketing, and project development strategies by ensuring “no one lets the ball drop,” assisting the team members in presenting an excellent brand to our clients and target markets.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Updating Websites (Samuel Engineering, Samuel EPC, and Samuel Shop)
  1. Fixing all links
  2. Updating all Pages
  3. Updating Plugins
  4. Consistent SEO updating
  5. More Frequent news blog posting
     1. Reaching out to different departments for blog post ideas
  6. Consistent website graphic changes and updates
• SE Studio Team
  1. Video Editing
  2. Assigning studio time for employees and clients
  3. Project Close Out Photos for Acumatica Upload
  4. Making sure prompts get uploaded to teleprompter
  5. screen prior to any recordings
• Learning/Utilizing Video Editing
• Designated Event Photographer
• Working with Outreach Coordinator for event planning assistance
• Providing website analytic updates
• Learning Canva
• Learning Websites
• Providing Marketing Swag for clients in the office (when necessary)
• Updating and organization of photos folder in marketing drive

• Proposal Development Team Member

  2. Creating proposal from start to 40-60% complete
  3. Formatting
• Main respondent to all marketing@samuelengineering.com emails
• Leading email campaign efforts
• Monthly Follow up with different engineering departments for their specific marketing needs
• Creating and managing online advertising campaigns
• Making sure there is brand consistency company wide
• Organizing Canva - Making sure all presentations, proposals, templates, social media posts, etc. are in the right folders.
• Learn SE’s potential services, history, methods of execution and past projects.
• Help prepare and distribute relevant marketing materials (brochures, SOQ, project sheets, etc) to current and potential Clients.
• Encourage a “winning culture” within SE —one characterized by high morale, positive thinking and a “can do” attitude; consistent with SE’s Mission of “We Provide Solutions.”
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times amongst clients, vendors, peers and internal SE team members. You are on the front lines of fostering SE’s brand in the public and must always represent the best qualities for which SE stands.
• Act as SE’s “Brand Ambassador” both in the office and at outside events. This role represents a mindset in which the positive qualities that our Clients see in us and our keys to success are always at the forefront of everything that we do.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Intern - Education = Junior or Senior in Accredited University

Professional IV - Education = Bachelor's or equivalent

Professional III - Education = Bachelor's or equivalent; Experience = 2 years

Professional II - Education = Bachelor's or equivalent; Experience = 4 years

Professional I - Education = Bachelor's or equivalent; Experience = 6 years
