Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients, focusing on disease prevention, health promotion, and patient education. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [NJ]
- Proficient in ICD-10 coding and documentation
- Strong knowledge of primary care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
