Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Summary/Overview:
We are seeking a Process Integration Engineer which expertise in mass production, capable of comprehensively understanding CMOS integration processes and device physics. The ideal candidate will optimize integration schemes, implement Best Known Methods (BKMs), and devise solutions for any excursions encountered. This position needs to optimize manufacturing processes, to support product development, to ensure quality control, to facilitate technology transfer, to drive continuous improvement, and to collaborate across teams to produce high-quality semiconductor products.
Specific Job Duties:
•Work with unit process owners and module integration owners to optimize module processes
•Verify performance and process margin for production
•Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) procedure and validate DFM weak points
•Ensure the initial success of mass production with specialized DOEs and appropriate measurements
Shift: 1st Shift, 8am-5pm
Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
•Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or similar technical degree
•3-5 years experience in semiconductor process engineering
•Prior experience in Module Process Integration, Device Integration, or Process Engineering. Product Integration experience is highly desirable

•Advanced Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing, device physics and product engineering.
