In this lead position, you will work closely with the marketing and art department to ensure the execution of all design projects from concept to delivery. This role is an excellent development opportunity where the candidate will be a part of a small, unique team that is executing new innovative ideas.
Enhances the customer’s experience with our online presence is a main goal of ours with motion and visual design.
Responsible for packaging design, product design, catalog design, etc
Create and design visual content for internal communication initiatives, corporate campaigns, and branding activities.
Responsible for managing the back-end WordPress site.
Design graphics, infographics, illustrations, and layouts for presentations, digital and print materials, and internal communications.
Visual storytelling and video creation
Creating client mockups and web images
Mentoring creative team
Executing omnichannel multimedia assets
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, software, and technology to improve design processes and elevate the company's visual identity

Education and/or Experience

Mastery of Graphic Design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
AI Tools necessary
Solid knowledge of design and visual principles
5-7 years’ experience in graphic design & art direction
1 year managing a team and holding a leadership role
Website design and backend development knowledge WordPress
Packaging Design
Marketing Mindset
Video Storytelling and Video Editing
Amazon 3P with Vendor Central a plus
