  • Effectively collaborate and gain alignment with key internal stakeholders during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase to establish quality control measures that align to customer expectations
  • Leverage advanced analytical skills to scrutinize factory quality data to identify and implement product performance enhancements and cost reduction opportunities, driving in strategy and execution
  • Collaborate closely with field quality and customer feedback to integrate real-world insights and customer feedback into manufacturing quality processes, enhancing production consistency and driving continuous improvement
  • Drive risk management assessments across production systems, with continuous improvement loops through driving failure and root cause analysis
  • Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of quality standards and methodologies. Independently define and evolve the quality control excellence roadmap, aligning with industry best practices and organizational goals
