Sams Xpress Car Wash is Hiring a Support Center Representative Near Matthews, NC

The Customer Support Representative is a collaboration between our locations and customers. We provide product and service information, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure quality service standards that maintain customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain and update various documents/emails, with accuracy, that adds to the continued satisfaction of escalated customer situations.
  • Provide detailed communication to necessary parties within the organization when prompted.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on current processes within our Support Center.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Proficient in written, verbal and computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • The Corporate Support Center hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM typical office conditions.
  • Current hours of Operation are 7 days a week, 7:30 AM to 9 PM, 364 days a year.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • This position may occasionally require lifting up to 35 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance.
