Below is a description of the minimum skills and responsibilities needed for this position. These are not listed in order of importance or demand.
- Compliance with a minimum of Company and Site Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
- Proficiency with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Clean Drug/Substance/Alcohol testing
- Lift at least 16.0kg / 35.0lbs.
- Application of provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Capable of working rotational shift work to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime when required.
- Work independently on shift.
- Assist and/or train, work, or travel (at Company’s expense) to another Operation or worksite.
- Exposure to weather – inclusive of significant high/low temperatures and all forms of precipitation.
- Brief or extended periods of walking, standing, ascending/descending ladders/stairs/sloped walkways; and walking or kneeling on uneven/unstable/weather-affected surfaces.
- Understand, read, and write the English language.
- Basic mathematics.
- Use of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
- Data-entry
- Email and text.
- Legible handwriting.
- Use of a calculator.
- Promote and display a professional, courteous attitude.
- Minimum education requirement of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
