Job Description : As a Home Health Aide (HHA) at Sambacare, you will be an essential part of our caregiving team, offering vital support and assistance to our clients.

Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including :

Responsibilities :

Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.

Administering medications as prescribed and directed by the registered nurse.

Monitoring and recording clients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the care team.

Assisting clients with safe mobility, transfers, and exercises.

Adhering to individualized care plans and following instructions provided by the care team.

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care services delivered.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications :

Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Texas.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compassion and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow care plans and collaborate effectively with the care team.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Clear background check and drug screening results.
