Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop personalized care plans

- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location}
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but not required
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care principles
- Familiarity with tube feeding systems, esthetic laser treatment, memory care, pain management, workers compensation law, and discharge planning is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
