Samadhi Center, Inc is Hiring a Program Director - OASAS Outpatient Near Kingston, NY

We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee the operations and development of our OASAS Part 822 Outpatient Treatment Clinic. As Program Director, you will play a critical role in managing staff, developing administrative and data management programs, maintaining key relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advocating for the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Outpatient program, from development to evaluation, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
  • Provide supervision and support to program staff, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to enhance program effectiveness and support patient outcomes.
  • Oversee Outpatient budgeting and financial management, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts to continuously improve program outcomes and address emerging needs.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth program operations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree & license in Social Work or related field; LCSW preferred.
  • Advanced clinical experience in substance abuse and co-occurring disorders settings.
  • Proven track record in program development and management, with a focus on optimizing systems and workflows.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and empower a diverse team.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and community partners.
  • Knowledge of best practices in addiction health services and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
