Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Eufaula is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm Claims team member for Sam Wise Insurance & Financial Services, Inc, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home Business, and life insurance.
Responsibilities

• Be a local point of contact for customers that have claims with Sam Wise State Farm and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to customer inquiries, making sure customers are being contacted by their adjuster, and making sure customer is informed of what is going on and what may be needed to minimize the confusion policyholder have around the claim process .
• Be a patient, caring, and friendly person.
