Responsibilities:

- Being attentive to multiple customers within a standard amount of time
- Handle customers requests and complaints and resolve issues/complete purchases in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked at ALL times
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure these tasks - inventory, cleaning, transferring, and communication are done effectively

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory!
- Communication skills between team members and customers
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, electronic smoke sales

About Sam's Smoke Shop: Our store has been ongoing for a few years now, we've had many great employees come and go within that time. We are looking for new candidates to join our team, while our business continues to grow and thrive. We offer hourly pay, that can increase based on performance after a trail period. We are expecting these candidates to be cleanly, well-organized, friendly with a good vibe, and attentive to our store, customers, and team members.

What were looking for: - 15/25 hours weekly - PART TIME ONLY (Trial Period Included) - $14.00 Hourly - Morning shifts (8:30am-3:00pm) -- Afternoon Shifts (3:00pm-9:00/10:00pm) - Fountain Location / South Academy Location (Both or 1 location is preferred) - One or Both weekend days are mandatory!
