As a Senior Manager, Project Management on the Merchandising Transformation team, you’ll be based in Bentonville, AR and will serve as the primary point of contact for our merchandising transformation efforts. You will ensure coordination of various ongoing and incoming projects and reconcile various data sets to ensure the leadership team can make effective decisions and move with speed. You'll leverage the resources of Sam's Club to truly impact the business and the lives of our members all over the US.
What you’ll do…
Lead projects that support the Sam’s Club merchandising strategy
Help coordinate, document and guide portfolio-based activities
Orchestrate and optimize critical activities such as launching and embedding new tools into our ways of working
Use your listening and influencing skills to build partnerships with merchants, team members, enabling groups and business partners
What you’ll bring…
5 years of experience working cross-functionally to manage complex projects and nail deliverables
Data savviness, a process driven mindset, and ability to analyze performance, assess trends and incorporate insights into future strategic plans
Independent problem solving with an attitude that overcomes any barriers you encounter
Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with different challenges every day
Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification
