As a Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights for HVACR & Refrigerant Tracking, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, providing insightful analysis, and supporting business strategies with a data-driven approach. You will be working out of our home office in Bentonville, AR and reporting to the Senior Manager of Facilities Management.

• Conducting data analysis, insights, and strategy support.
• Processing execution and management.
• Supporting customer requests and needs.
• Implementing business solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Evaluating trends and reviewing results for accuracy.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

• You have strong costumer service and reporting skills.
• You have 2 years of proven experience in Business Analysis and Insights.
• You are proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• You can demonstrate the ability to support business strategies with data-driven insights.
• You have experience in executing business processes across different areas.
• You are familiar with HAVCR and Refrigerant Tracking.
• You are proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
• You have strong oral and written communication skills.
• You are familiar with work order management systems.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
